Shipping policy
The prices stated on the product pages are VAT-free and other price components are included.
If not stated otherwise, shipping will take place after 2 to 7 business days at the latest. Delivery is usually on working days.

5. 1 The delivery of goods takes place on the dispatch route to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address specified in the Seller's order processing is decisive for the processing of the transaction.
5. 2 If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller. This does not apply with regard to the costs of sending the data, if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal. In the case of effective exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer, the provisions made in the Seller's cancellation policy shall apply to the return costs.
5. 3 Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

Shipping origin and customs
USA: Shipping to the USA is free. Key Holders and the Single Wall Bar ship from our US warehouse near Chicago within 48 hours and arrive in 2-4 business days. No import duties or customs fees apply. All other products ship from Germany with UPS Express, usually in 3-7 business days; duties or customs fees may apply and are paid by the buyer.
EU: Orders ship from Germany. No customs fees apply.
Canada: Shipping to Canada is free. Orders ship from Germany with UPS Express, usually in 3-7 business days. Canadian taxes, duties or customs fees may apply and are paid by the buyer.
UK, Switzerland and all other countries outside the EU: Orders ship from Germany. Local taxes, duties or customs fees may apply and are paid by the buyer.
Returns: Returns go back to the warehouse the order shipped from, in the USA or in Germany. Please contact us before sending anything back and we will send you the return address.
