Worldwide

Our aircraftwindows design airplane furniture travels all over the world, the respective shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process and vary greatly. An overview of the shipping categories can be found at the bottom of the website under "Shipping conditions".

The turnaround time for all aircraft furniture is an average of 1-5 business days. This means that upon receipt of the order, the goods will be shipped after 5 working days at the latest.

Germany

The regular shipping time is 1-3 working days, we ship within Germany with DHL & UPS. This depends on the product ordered due to size and weight.

European Union

The shipping time is 2-5 business days on average.

U.S. & Canada

We ship exclusively with UPS Express shipping. This has the advantage that the goods are fully insured and in most cases delivery takes place after 3-7 working days.

Worldwide

The shipping time for the rest of the world varies greatly, but in most cases it is between 7-20 business days.

We ship exclusively insured for transport, incl. Tracking. This is the only way to ensure smooth and fast transport - we will cover the additional costs for this.

VAT

For orders from Germany and the EU, we retain the VAT and forward it to the German tax authorities. Orders from non-European third countries such as Switzerland or the USA may be subject to local taxes, fees and customs duties. These extra costs are borne by the buyer and cannot be refunded in the event of a return.

Packaging

All our goods are carefully and conscientiously packed. We ship in custom-fit double-walled cardboard boxes or shockproof and unbreakable wooden boxes to ensure safe shipment of your new piece of jewelry.

Damage

If, contrary to expectations, a transport damage occurs, we will of course send you a replacement delivery as quickly as possible. You don't have to deal with transport insurance.
